A. The employer shall employ the employee to the post of……………………………………………………and in accordance with the relevant collective agreement and the labour legislation of Cyprus. The present agreement covers the period of ………….months from the day the employee begins work.

B.The employee shall work 5 days a week, for 8 hours per day, either during the day or the night and shall perform his duties or any other relevant to his employment according to the requirements of the employer.

The employer shall pay the amount of ………………………per month to the employee during the course of his employment. This salary shall be adjusted according to the minimum salary provided from time to time by the collective agreement.

C. The employer shall deduct from the employee’s emoluments the amount of Income Tax, amount of his contribution to the social Insurance scheme and any other contributions provided by the Cyprus Laws and the relevant collective agreement.

D. The employer shall provide to the employee suitable accommodation, Health and Industrial Accidents Insurance and meals during employment hours.

E.It is clarified that all other benefits and commitments provided by the collective agreement which are not mentioned in this Agreement shall be valid and shall form part of the present Agreement.
