SUCCESS IN THE IATA EXAMS
18 April, 2003

The results of this year's diploma exams of the International Air Transport Association confirmed the fact that the Travel and Tourism course of the College and Tourism and Hotel Management is in a class of its own.

ALL the students of the College, with one exception, who took the March 2003 exams were successful. Half of them scored more than 95% and got their diploma with distinction. These results provide hard evidence of the good work done by the College staff and of the quality of its students.

The IATA diploma exams are external exams administered at the same time throughout the world. The minimum passing grade is 75%, which explains why only 50% of candidates pass them. The professional qualification thus obtained is internationally recognised and certifies that its owner has the knowledge and skills to work effectively in any company specialising in Travel and Tourism and the sale of air travel. Holders of the IATA diploma are sought after by all international airlines and travel agencies.
