University of Business in Wroclaw, Poland

The week from 12 to 16 November 2018 Mr. Andreas Christoforou Lecturer of College of Tourism and Hotel Management visited the University of Business in Wroclaw, Poland by Erasmus teaching mobility program.

The University of Wrocław is a public research university located in Wrocław, Poland. The University of Wrocław was founded in 1945, replacing the previous German University of Breslau. Nowadays it is one of the most prominent educational institutions in the region.

Andreas Christoforou presented lectures to the students of the bachelor and master degree. The lectures covered topics related to Emotional Intelligence and Positive Psychology. Bachelor and master degree students payed big interest on the topics presented during the lectures. There has been good discussion and interesting questions after lector presentations.

The visit has given an opportunity for exchanging the ideas on future education and research cooperation’s, improving the academic relations between the two institutions and establishing the background for future collaboration in the area of the research, common projects, student’s mobility and enhancing the studies direction towards the research results utilization to business

The gained experience will be useful for enhancing the quality of studies at our college.
