Mrs. Roxana Michaelides organised a visit by Wine Specialist and blogger Mateo Jarrin Cuvi on the 1st on November to lecture the students of her Food and Beverage Management module. The presentation focused on wine varieties, basics of wine and food pairing, guidelines for storing wine, explanation of wine labels, including grape variety, region, and vintage and the importance of drinking responsibly.
